About Elizabeth Garner

Hello and welcome to Omni Holistics. I'm Elizabeth Garner and here's a little background history on myself. 

I am mother of two beautiful souls. I'm passionate about helping people through their healing journey. Knowing that I'm helping individuals and families across the globe to live a healthier more balanced life is truly my purpose here on this planet. I'm a person that has suffered mental and physical abuse while battling alcohol and drug addiction for many years. I was in a place of defeat. I felt broken. I finally surrendered and chose the path to heal my deepest wounds to better my life and someday be able to help others better theirs. I'm an empath and intuitive, and as a child I never understood what that meant or why I would feel certain things the way I did. I was very confused and felt out of place most of my younger life which resulted in many bad decisions. 

I've always resonated with holistic healing, energy healing and the natural ways to living a better life. I have always had the instinct and passion to help others or go out of my way to help someone in need. 

 While on my spiritual journey I discovered that I was not cursed to be this way, this isn't a bad thing. There was nothing wrong with me. This was a power that just needed to be understood and tapped into more. As my journey deepened I wanted to find the best way  I could help others on the helping journey. That's when I chose my career path with the modalities that helped me the best through my journey, which are: The Emotion Code,  The Body Code , and incorporating healing herbs into my daily routine Now, I bring them all to you with love and light  through Omni Holistics. This has truly saved and change my life completely.
