Once identifying the emotion, we ask if anything else needs to be known before releasing this emotion. To release the trapped emotion a magnet is ran down the governing meridian( The Governing Meridian runs up the centre of your body from your coccyx (lower back) over the top of your head to beneath your nose). It supports many of the  body and energy functions, specifically the Yang functions of strengthening the body, clearing the mind and stabilizing the spirit. 

When you release these trapped emotions from your body, many of the issues are helped and even eliminated in the process. Discomforts are lessened and often eliminated. 

We also use the Emotion Code to balance the body's Chakras, which balances the body as a whole and raises your body's vibrations.
